CityPlatePUBLIC BETAREAL DATA
🎟️ What's on is open. It shows every place with something on, so the filters below are paused.
Every group below is joined by AND: a place must match all of them at once. Inside a group it differs, so each group says which it is.
How the filters combine
Category and Cuisine are any of these: tick Bar and Cafe and you get bars plus cafes.
Dietary and Good for are all of these: tick Vegan and Halal and a place must be both, which is why ticking two often empties the list.
Open, Show, My places, the search box and the walking distance slider each hold one value and are joined to everything else by AND.
Suburb shows only the places in that suburb (the one on each place's line) and fits the map to them. Colour pins by Specials also hides places without a special.

What the licensed badge means
709 places carry a licensed badge, from two sources that overlap. 543 are matched to the Ministry of Justice alcohol licence register, 2026-05 pull, and each popup says how it was matched. 268 are tagged as licensed in OpenStreetMap. 102 appear in both, so 709 is the combined total rather than the sum. Matches on a shared name, such as one branch of a chain, are left out rather than guessed. A badge means a licence was recorded, not that alcohol is served right now. Check with the venue.
Real venue facts from OpenStreetMap across the wider city. Community data can be incomplete or out of date, so check with the venue. What's on lists events from Eventfinda and Ticketmaster where shown, linked to each official event page, plus weekly nights from venues' own sites. Data and privacy · Feedback and corrections
